Sydney oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice and plays an integral role in supporting both the team and client experience. She works closely with each member of the team to coordinate processes, support client service initiatives, and ensure the team is equipped for success. Known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to efficiency, Sydney takes pride in helping the practice operate smoothly and effectively. 

Outside of work, she enjoys watching movies, reading mystery and thriller novels, and taking on the occasional crafting project.
